Mabi Swimwear
Mabi swimwear is proud to continue to work with Yarikazu Xipaya as our brand ambassador.

Yarikazu Xipaya collaborates with Mabi swimwear on hand painted, limited edition swimwear inspired by Brazilian indigenous peoples’ art.  The swimsuits are designed by Yarikazu and Maristela Soares.  They provide a unique canvas for indigenous painting art thus contributing both to the beauty of each unique piece and to the MABI’s ongoing work to bring awareness to the protection of the Amazon Rainforest and its peoples.

Mabi is donating 100% of the profits of this limited edition collaboration to supporting Xipaya’s ability to continue her legal education at the law school in Belem, Brazil.  Xipaya is a member of the Yanomami tribe, and normally lives in a village in the Amazon rainforest, roughly 18 hours by bus from Belem.

Xipaya has been studying to promote the development of her village, to reverse environmental and political decisions, preserve ancestral traditions, and defend humanitarian and ecological causes.  She makes paintings with sustainable materials to raise funds to complete her studies and to form the Association for the Defence of indigenous peoples for a better world that respects nature and the rights of these peoples.

We invite you to join us on this journey towards empowerment, where fashion meets sustainability and style meets substance. You can help support Xipaya and showcase Brazilian ancestral indigenous art by investing in an exclusive swimwear one-piece from Mabi.
